About Us

About the Business:

This business was started in a basement, making a belt here and there for friends and family. One tool at a time, I slowly built up to where I am now. While my business is still very small, the passion stays the same.

The dream here at Armenta Leather Co. is to offer premium products made with integrity. Taking a look at old fashioned techniques and the mentality on what makes something truly quality, we execute. Whether it is a belt you're buying, crafted from premium bridle, or a slim card wallet, hand sewn with quality threads, you can be sure your new product has been made with the finest craftsmanship, from the moment I am rolling out the hide to when I'm adding those final details.

About the Craftsman:

Being the name behind the company, I find it only right to let my customers know a little bit about myself. My name is Tavis Armenta, a 19-year-old craftsman whose goal is to bring back old-fashioned integrity in the products I make.

I have always had a love of things that last, having something that you can care for, maintain, and pass down. This is something that many retail corporations cannot offer their customers, and that is where small makers come in.

My products are handcrafted with intention and love. I believe in hand-skills, which means every stitch is hand sewn by me, every cut made with a careful hand. No matter how simple or complex, every piece that rolls off my workbench is carefully crafted, one step at a time, to ensure my business is associated with nothing less than the finest quality.

I thank you for supporting my business, and I hope you love every piece you allow me to make you.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Colossians 3:23-24

"He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end." Ecclesiastes 3:11
